21 Questions : a shadow guide workshop to assist in shadow healing

Shadow work has four stages that you must work through in order to heal whatever aspect or situation that you are addressing:

• 1st Stage- Denial
• 2nd Stage- Projection
• 3rd Stage- Integration
• 4th Stage- Transmutation

This guide asks a series of 21 questions, about 4 or 5 each stage, that helps address the aspect or situation you are dealing with at that particular stage.

These questions can be answered on your own, or you may use divination tools to assist- either way is fine, as you are the source of the divination/answers to begin with. What's also amazing about this guide, is that it can be used time and time again.

Shadow work is continuous, and so your answers should never really be the same as long as you are actively doing the work you are finding you need to do as a result of answering these questions.
